Make Ice Box Cookies For Cats | Cookie Recipe

I made a simple ice box cookie in the shape of a cat’s face. I saw a picture of a bread with a cat face on social media and it was so cute that I thought it would be great to make a cookie so I made it. It can be done without much complexity, and it’s fun to create various facial expressions using icing. I think it’s better to cut it so it’s not too thick as the cookies will puff up a bit when baking. Even if it is too hard, if you cut it incorrectly and it is soft, it can damage the shape a lot. It’s cute just looking at it so I think this is a great cookie to give as a gift.

Ingredient

150 g unsalted butter

120g powdered sugar

1g salt

1 chicken egg

3g vanilla extract

280g soft flour

30g almond powder

1g baking powder

3g cocoa powder

3g black cocoa powder

10g tapioca flour

25g powdered sugar

5g egg whites

3g lemon juice

black food coloring

Recipe

1. Soften unsalted butter, add powdered sugar and salt, mix well, then add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.

2. Sift the flour, add the almond flour and baking powder, mix well into a round ball, divide about 1/5 of the flour into 2 bowls.

3. Add cocoa powder to this powder and black cocoa powder and mix well. Add soft flour (10g) to vanilla powder and mix well.

4. Shape the vanilla dough into a long cylinder and place the top into a triangle.

5. Cut 2/3 of the two colors into long pieces, attach to the surface of the vanilla powder, use parchment paper to form a circle and then put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to harden.

6. Shape the remaining two-color dough into a long triangle, spread milk on the frozen dough, attach the triangle dough, put in the freezer for about 30 minutes to harden.

7. Using a thin knife, place on a baking tray, bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes and then let cool.

8. Add egg whites to powdered sugar, beat until fluffy, add lemon juice, mix well to make ice cream, put about 1/3 in a piping bag.

9. Add black food coloring to the rest of the cream, mix well, place in a piping bag and paint faces on the cooled cookies.
