Make 3 Basic Butter Cookies | Cream Biscuits

With the most basic ingredients, I made a delicious butter cookie with a icing cookie base. I use cookie stamps to create a beautiful shape, so it is a basic cookie style but not monotonous but neat and pretty. As a simple basic cake, I make it with easy-to-find basic ingredients, but if you want to be more delicious, you can replace 1/4 of the soft flour with almond flour to make the cake more fragrant and delicious. The texture is firm and crunchy, and it’s not a crunchy dough, so I thought it would be good to use it as a shape cookie.

Ingredient

50 g unsalted butter

40g sugar

0.5g salt

25g eggs

2g vanilla extract

125g soft flour

7g cocoa powder

Recipe

1. Lightly beat unsalted butter, add sugar and salt, mix until slightly white, then add 2-3 eggs and mix well.

2. Add vanilla extract, mix well, sift in flour, mix again to form a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

3. Make the chocolate powder and green tea powder in the same way and let the dough rest in the refrigerator.

4. Use tissue paper to spread the dough, put in the refrigerator to harden for about 10 minutes, shape, cut into circles, put on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes .
