The dessert I’m making today isn’t grilled mango mousse. The desserts are delicious but take a long time to make. Especially when you have guests at home, need to prepare a lot of things, this eggless and gelatin mango mousse can be made in just 15 minutes and the ingredients are very easy to find. Then try to make it.
Whipping Cream 250g
Condensed milk 80g
Unsalted Butter 25g
1. Take 75g of biscuits. Put them in the machine and beat. You can also put them in a food bag and crush them. Add 25 g of melted butter to the crushed biscuits. Mix.
2. Pour the butter-biscuit mixture into the cup. Press down with a rolling pin. Put them in the fridge to chill. One large mango, cut into pieces. Leave a few pieces of mango for garnish. Use the remaining mango pulp to puree the mango. Pour 250 ml of cooled whipped cream into a bowl. 80 g condensed milk.
3. Beat eggs with a whisk. Take about 1/3 of the cream and put it in the squeeze bag. Add a third of the mango puree to the remaining light cream. Mix. Pour half of the mixture into the press bag. Add a third of the mango puree to the cream. Mix.
4. Put it in the laminating bag. Pour the three colors of cream in turn into the cups. Spend some white cream to decorate the top of the mousse. Place the mango puree on top of the mousse. Squeeze a small ice cream on top. Garnish with diced mango.
