Full Of Strawberry Flavor | Make Delicious Mascarpone Strawberry ake

It’s a strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries. Instead of syrup, the sheet is coated with strawberry puree, filled with strawberries and iced with cream cheese mascarpone. If you make ice cream with mascarpone cheese, it will taste like condensed milk, creating a luxurious feel.

♥ Ingredient

Mold size: 15cm

4 chicken eggs about 200g

100g sugar

3g vanilla extract

30g unsalted butter

40g milk

110g soft flour

200g frozen strawberries

50g sugar

5g lemon juice

200g cold mascarpone cheese

250g ice cream

55g sugar

1.5g gelatin

8g water

30g strawberry juice


♥ Recipe

Cake plate

1. Place a bowl of eggs over the pot of boiling water, add sugar and vanilla, stir well.

2. Raise the temperature to about 40 degrees.

3. Put a bowl of butter and eggs in a double boiler (about 50 to 60 degrees).

4. Beat eggs at high speed to create a smooth foam.

5. Clean the air hole for about 2 minutes at low speed.

6. Sift flour and add.

7. Mix well with a spoon.

8. Put some flour in a bowl with butter and milk and mix well.

9. Add this powder and mix well.

10. Pour into a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.

11. Cut into 3 pieces 1.5cm high and cut into 15cm frame.

 

Strawberry juice

12. Put frozen strawberries and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.

13. When the water thickens, add lemon juice and bring to a boil a little more.

14. Sift and let cool.

Mascarpone fresh cream

15. Put about 100g of fresh cream into a bowl of mascarpone cheese (cold) and mix well.

16. Add the remaining whipped cream and sugar and beat until stiff.

17. Place a plate of cake on a cutting board and spread the strawberry puree over it.

18. Spread the cream evenly and top with strawberries.

19. Drizzle cream on top and top with strawberries again.

20. Place the cake plate on top and repeat the stacking.

21. Pour cream and ice on top, and let harden in freezer for about 20 minutes.

22. Add water to the gelatin powder and let it sit for 10 minutes.

23. Heat gelatin in microwave for about 15 seconds to dissolve.

24. Add strawberry puree and mix well.

25. Add red food coloring and mix well.

26. Fill the top half of the cake with water and let the water flow naturally.

27. Garnish with strawberries.
