I make jelly with Florida Grapefruit Jelly juice and nata de coco. Florida Grapefruit Jelly’s refreshing taste and texture make it enjoyable and delicious.
280ml grapefruit juice
100g granulated sugar
100g coconut jelly
1. Cut Florida grapefruit in half, use a knife to slit the fruit, use a juicer to get the juice, filter out the seeds and squeeze out the juice.
2. Use your hands to peel off the thin skin inside the fruit. Put the granulated sugar and agar in a pot, mix well, add water, heat over medium heat until agar dissolves, add juice from 1 and heat to body temperature.
3. Melting jelly is also okay so you don’t need to simmer. Add the nata de coco then add and chill in the fridge until it hardens.
