How To Make Strawberry Milk Pudding | Strawberry Pudding Without Oven


5 boxes of ceria

100ml milk

160 ml fresh cream

Sugar 35g

4g gelatin

Water 1 tbsp

The right amount of vanilla essence

♥ Strawberry sauce

Sand sugar 30g

Lemon juice 1 teaspoon


1. Add water to the soaked gelatin.

2. Put milk and fresh cream in a heatproof bowl, cover, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

3. Add granulated sugar and mix well.

4. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

5. Heat softened gelatin in microwave at 500W for 20 seconds to dissolve, add and mix well.

6. Strain the pudding.

7. Pour into pudding container and chill in fridge for at least 5 hours to harden.

8. Cut the strawberries and place them in an insulated bowl.

9. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

10. Cover and heat in microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.

11. Mix with a spatula and chill in the refrigerator after removing the heat.

12. Pour the strawberry sauce over the pudding that has been chilled in the fridge and you’re done. Enjoy.
