Recipe

1. Dissolve 5g of gelatin with 20-30ml of water. Put the cream in the ice and let it sit for 6 minutes.

2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath at 60 ℃. Place egg yolks, water and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix well.

3. Make more parta bombs in a water bath at 80°C until streaks remain.

5. If you dissolve it in the water bath just before boiling, it may cause the gelatin structure to break down and not harden, so use the water bath at about 50-60°C.
