Stir-Fried Seafood Jjamppong Recipe | Fantastic Combination of Seafood and Noodles

This is a dish sold at a Chinese restaurant in Korea. It is a newly created Chinese food in Korean style. I tried to replicate the taste. It’s really delicious, and it tastes just like what you get at a restaurant.

✤ Ingtedients

200g Assorted seafood (boiled)

154g Chinese noodles

250g Various vegetables (types of vegetables can be changed)

+ Green onion

+ Carrot

+ Cabbage

+ Onion

+ Shiitake mushroom

+ Zucchini

✤ Seasoning40g (4Tbsp) Cooking oil

20g (2Tbsp) Chili powder

8g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce

14g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic

8g (1Tbsp) Cooking wine

2.5 Ladle Vegetable broth (chicken broth, water available)

1.5g (0.5tsp) Sugar

1g (0.3tsp) Beef seasoning

13g (1Tbsp) Oyster sauce

Black pepper

8g (1Tbsp) Sesame oil

Starch water

+ 5g (0.5 tsp) Starch powder (any kind)

+ 24g (3Tbsp) Water

✤ Tips

1. The order in which seasonings are added is important. Be sure to check out the video.

2. Please keep the amount of vegetables and seafood. Adding more can make the seasoning bland.

3. If you add a lot of seafood, the taste will change, keep the sheep.

4. It is better to use seafood that has been briefly boiled rather than raw.

5. Roasting time is quick and short over high heat. (It takes 5 to 6 minutes from stir-frying to completion).

✤ Recipe

1 .Green onion,Cabbage,Zucchini,Onion,Carrot,Shiitake mushrooms.

2. 5g (0.5Tbsp) Starch powder (any kind),30g (3Tbsp) Water,Prepare,starch water in advance,154g Chinese.

3. noodles,Dissolve,the noodles in boiling water and add,After boiling for,3 minutes,Rinse the boiled noodles well with cold water.

4. 40g(4Tbsp) Cooking oil, Add green onion and make green onion oil, 250g Vegetables, Add vegetables and stir-fry over high heat, 20g (2Tbsp) Chili powder, Add chilli powder to coat the vegetables red, 8g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce.

5. After burning the soy sauce and giving out smoked incense,14g (1Tbsp) Minced garlic, 200g Assorted seafood (boild), 8g (1Tbsp), Cooking wine.

6. Stir-fry the seafood to blend with the seasoning, 2.5 Ladle Water (or chicken broth, water), 1.5g (0.5tsp) Sugarg (0.3tsp) Beef seasoning, 13g (1Tbsp) Oyster sauce, Add the sauce and mix well, Add the starch water little by little to adjust the concentration. When it is made to the right consistency, turn off the, heat and, Black pepper.

7. Then add pepper and sesame oil, Add the noodles and mix well with the sauce. If you mix the noodles without stir-fry them, the noodles will not be overcooked and the sauce will be moist.
The result on the plate always thrills the stomach.
