I made a chubby crab sandwich that tastes good and looks good. I can make it the day before and refrigerate it, so it’s good for a busy breakfast. It’s also great for packing for lunch. It looks pretty and tastes just like the ones sold at specialty stores, so be sure to try making it.
[For 2 sandwiches]
4 Sandwich bread
2 Cheddar cheese
✤ Egg Sauce
3 Boiled eggs
15g (1Tbsp) Mayonnaise
5g (0.5tsp) Sugar
✤ Crab Sauce
175g Crab meat
2Tbsp Chopped onion
23g (1.5Tbsp) mayonnaise
3g (1tsp) Sugar or honey
4g (0.5tsp) Lemon juice
✤ All-purpose sauce
30g (2Tbsp) Mayonnaise
15g (1Tbsp) Honey
3g (1tsp) Lemon juice
1. The taste varies greatly depending on the quality of the crab meat. I recommend the high crab meat content.
2. A lot of crab meat and eggs are used, so you need to add less vegetables to make it look pretty.

4. If you want to add a bit of spiciness, you can add chili sauce to the crab sauce.

4. Sandwich Bread, spread the sandwich sauce on the bread, cheddar Cheese, 3 slices of romaine (lettuce can be used), pickle Cucumber. Add half of the crab meat. It doesn’t flatten out, it builds up like a mountain. Add half an egg. Likewise, build like a mountain, not flatten out. Arrange the tomatoes evenly, 3-4 lettuce leaves. Finally, cover the bread
