2 Egg

65g (1/3 cup) Sugar

6g (1/2 tbsp) Yeast

240ml (1 cup) Milk

450g (3 cups) Bread flour/wheat flour

5g (1 tsp) Salt

60g (1/4 cup) Unsalted butter

📢 Recipe

1. 240 ml (1 cup) of milk, 6 grams (1/2 tablespoon) yeast, 65 grams (1/3 cup) sugar, 2 eggs. Mix well, 450 grams (3 cups) bread flour/wheat flour, 5 grams (1 teaspoon) salt. Mix into dough. Knead the dough by hand. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes, 60 grams (1/4 cup) unsalted butter. Knead the butter into the dough. You can also wrestle the dough to make it smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour, take out the fermented dough, deflate the dough. Divide the dough into 12 parts, knead each portion of dough. After kneading 12 portions of dough, cover and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, take out the small dough, press to vent, then roll out longer. Flip the dough sheet and arrange it into a rectangle. Roll it up from one side and roll it into a long strip. When the dough is ready, put it in a baking sheet. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 40 minutes.

5. After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, 170°C (340°F) bake for 22 minutes. Out of the oven, so tempting, let it cool a little and enjoy! It’s so delicious, very fluffy, like clouds.
