Salty green onion crackers with deep green onion flavor, really good, crunchy. I added green onion without sparing it, and it was really delicious. Must try this.
150g cake flour
30g melted unsalted butter
1g baking soda
35g green onion
10g sesame seeds (optional)
1. 60g milk, 30g melted unsalted butter, 2g salt. Mix, 150g cake flour, 2g yeast, 1g baking soda. Mix roughly with a spatula, make a lump. Green onion, cut off the white part. I will cut it into small pieces and use only 35g.
2. 10g sesame seeds (optional). Knead briefly so that green onions and sesame seeds are mixed into the dough. If all these ingredients were put together. Cover with cling wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Already after 30 minutes, put the dough on the baking paper, cover it with baking paper, press lightly with hand. Then press it with a rolling pin and spread it out. Spread out in a rectangular shape. The thinner the dough, the crispier the texture.
4. Now cut the sides with crinkle cut knife, cut into bite-size pieces. Finally, poke with a fork. I’ll put them one by one on the oven pan. 170°C (338°F) for 15 minutes, really great.
