make them in a skillet for dinner ! quick ,without dough, no flour!!crunchy and very delicious.

Ingredients:

200 g of minced meat

1 small onion , chopped

1/2 red bell pepper , chopped

1 green bell pepper , chopped

2 minced cloves of garlic

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of chopped coriander or parsley

1 tbsp of tomato sauce

15 slices of bread

2 eggs

bread crumbs

vegetable oil

bon appetite !

Recipe:

1. In a frying pan, put 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 minced cloves of garlic, 1/2 red bell pepper , chopped, 1 chopped green bell pepper, 200 g of minced meat, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper. Cover and cook over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

2. 1 tbsp of chopped parsley or coriander. 1 tbsp of tomato sauce. Leave the filling to cool well, 15 slices of bread, cut the sides, shape bread slices into cones, press the sides with a little water to close them well, fill the cones with the meat filling ,then close them.

3. 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, drop it in the egg bowl, then , turn it around in bread crumbs, fry them until golden brown from from all sides. Ready !
