15g (1 tbsp) Unsalted Butter

50g (1/4 cup) sugar

2g (1/4 teaspoon) salt

6g (1 tablespoon) cinnamon powder

8g (1 tablespoon) cornstarch

30ml (2 tablespoons) water

📢 Recipe

1. 500 grams (4) small apples, 4 small apples or 2 large apples, diced, chopped and put in a saucepan, 15 grams (1 tablespoon) unsalted butter, 50 grams (1/4) cup) sugar, 2 grams (1/4 teaspoon) salt.
