80ml (1/3 cup) Milk
4g (1/2 tsp) Baking powder
100g (2/3 cup) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
1. 1 ripe banana with black spots on the surface is best, mash the banana with a fork. 2 eggs, beaten into the mashed banana, 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk, 4 grams (1/2 teaspoon) baking powder. Mix well, 100 grams (2/3 cup) all-purpose flour/wheat flour. Mix well.
2. Heat on low heat, spoon a scoop of batter into the pan. Heat for about 30 seconds, then flip over and continue heating for 30 seconds.
3. This way a banana pancake is ready, very easy. You need to adjust the heat and you can make the batter very quickly. Very soft and fluffy, really delicious!
