I made a simple but nice and delicious grilled cheese potato. It is easy to make by slicing potatoes, applying cheese sauce, placing them on a skillet, and baking them in the oven. I think the point is to put crushed red pepper in the sauce! It has a rich flavor and captures the texture of cheese and oil. I used 3 small sized potatoes and they fit perfectly into a 15cm pan. Baked in the oven and sprinkled with Grana Padano cheese, it looked really good. Once you see it, you can’t miss it.
2Ts Parmesan cheese powder
1/4ts Crushed red pepper
1/4ts Parsley powder
2Ts Olive oil
Grana padano cheese
2 Mayonnaise : 1 Sriracha sauce
1. Add Parmesan cheese powder, salt, crushed red pepper, parsley, and olive oil and mix.2. Grease a skillet pan with butter and cut the peeled potatoes in half and slice thinly.
3. Apply the cheese sauce layer by layer as it is and shape it on the skillet pan.
4. Bake in an oven at 190 degrees for about 32 minutes and sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese to finish.
