Brown Sugar Milk Bread with Great Flavor | Cream Sand Milk Bun | Hot Dog Bun | Brunch Bread

I made a chewy and fluffy milk bread filled with the flavor of brown sugar. It is a bread that can be eaten with various applications, so it is very good for brunch. Of course, it’s really delicious to eat with plain bread. It tastes so much better than adding white sugar. Try filling it with various fillings such as fresh cream and sausage.

✤ Recipe

1. 140ml Warm milk, 45g (4.5Tbsp) Brown sugar. Dissolve brown sugar in warm milk. When the temperature is warm, not hot, 5g (1Tbsp) Instant dry yeast, add yeast and melt. 220g Bread flour, 4g (1.3tsp) Salt.

2. After coating the flour with salt, mix all together. If it is moistly mixed without raw powder, 35g Room temperature unsalted butter. Finally add butter and knead, tear the dough to allow the butter to permeate well. If the dough is smooth, ferment in a warm place to 2-3 times the size (36℃~37℃).

3. 1 Hour later, remove all gas. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Make it into a ball, let it ferment again to double the size (20-30 minutes), intermediate fermentation makes the bread much fluffy, remove the gas again, then made into a ball. Sprinkle with flour, spread it out thinly, let me roll, pinch the end and attach it, both ends are closed and sutured.

4. Lay them side by side on a 23x16cm square frame (20x20cm possible). Let it ferment again to double the size (takes 20-30 minutes). Egg wash. After moving to an oven preheated to 170°C (338°F). Bake at 170°C (338°F) for 20 minutes (may vary depending on oven specifications).

5. 5g Melted unsalted butter, spread melted butter on the bread while it is hot, cut the bread in half, whippied cream. If you eat it with whipped cream, it transforms into a more delicious bread.
