A New Way to Eat Udon Noodles | Noodle Pancakes | Applicable to all Noodles

I made a very quick and easy udon dish. You can make a different noodle dish just by cooking it with your favorite vegetables. Great for a quick breakfast or dinner.

✤ Ingredients

200g Udon noodles

20g Green onion

40g Cabbage

53g, 3 Imitation crab meat

2 Large eggs

20g (2Tbsp) Wheat flour

2 Pinches of salt

✤ Sauce & Topping

Teriyaki Sauce

Mayonnaise

Spring onion (optional)

Bonito flakes (katsuobushi/ optional)

✤ Recipe

1. 200g Udon, divide the udon into 4 equal parts, then put it in water and rinse it off. Drain well and place in a bowl, 20g Green onion, finely chop the green onion and add 40g finely chop the cabbage and add 3 Crab sticks, crab sticks cut into thin slices.

2. 20g (2Tbsp) Flour, 2 Large eggs, 2 Pinches of salt. I’m going to put the sauce on it, so I put a very small amount of salt in it.

3. Cooking oil, spread evenly on the pan. Do a good job on the foundation so that there is no bad construction. Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Put the plate on top and turn it over. Then move it back to the fan. Add a little more cooking oil to the back, cook on low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.

4. Teriyaki Sauce, Mayonnaise, Spring onion (optional). Bonito flakes (katsuobushi) optional. I’m eating noodles today, but it’s a silent way to eat noodles.
