No eggs, no flour! How to make tiramisu fast in 10 minutes! Very easy and delicious!

12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
250ml (1 cup) Coffee
15ml (1 tbsp) Coffee Rum
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
400ml (1.73 cup) Heavy whipping cream
225g Mascarpone cheese
15ml (1 tbsp) Coffee Rum
Ladyfingers
Cocoa powder
📢 Recipe
1. 12 grams (1 tablespoon) of sugar, added to 250 ml (1 cup) of coffee, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) coffee rum. Stir well, 400 ml (1.73 cups) whipping cream, 65 grams (5 tablespoons) sugar, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) coffee rum. Whipped to a flowable state, 225 grams of mascarpone cheese, exactly the amount for one box. Keep whipping to smooth.
2. Pour the previous coffee mixture into the tray. Take out the finger cookies and dip them in the coffee mixture on both sides. Place in the mold, the size of the mold is 15cm. Put in half of the cream and smooth out with a spatula. Top with another layer of ladyfingers dipped in coffee mixture. Finally, lay the remaining half of the cream on top.
3. Smooth out the cream with a spatula, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Chilled in the fridge overnight so the tiramisu tastes better. Wrap a hot towel around the edge of the mold for a while, so it’s easier to remove the mold. Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder and enjoy!
