25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
200ml (0.85 cup) Milk
300g (2 cups) All-purpose flour/wheat flour
1. 2 eggs, 25 grams (2 tablespoons) sugar, reduce or omit if you don’t like it, 3 grams (1 teaspoon) yeast, 200 ml (0.85 cup) milk. Stir well, you can let it rest for about 5 minutes to activate the yeast, 300 grams (2 cups) all-purpose flour/wheat flour. Mix well so that no dry flour is visible. Mix well and then ferment. Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
2. After 1 hour, the dough is ready for fermentation, stir it to get the air out of it. Prepare a container, about 20 cm in diameter, and grease it with cooking oil, pour in the dough. Surface finishing flat. Cover the dough and let it final proof for about 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes the dough has fermented and is getting larger in size. Place in a steamer and steam for about 30 minutes on high heat, then let simmer for 5 minutes before removing the lid. It’s out of the pot, very fluffy.
