14g unsalted butter
1. 170ml chocolate milk, 12g white sugar, 3g active dry yeast. Mix then wait for 5 minutes, 250g bread flour, 1.5g salt. Mix well. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth.
2. Move the dough to a work surface, 14g softened unsalted butter, spread the butter on the dough. Knead the dough, cover and rest for 15 minutes.
