INGREDIENTS 🔻: (25×11 cm plum-cake mold)
1 pack of Pavesini or Savoiardi
milk
The cream:
250 g of cream cheese like Philadelphia
300 ml of pre-sweetened whipping cream (vegetable)
50 g of dark chocolate flakes
50 g of dark chocolate
RECIPE🔻
1. 1 pack of cocoa pavesini, milk with coffee. 25×11 cm loaf pan. Leave in the fridge while we prepare the cream.
2. 250 g Philadelphia type cream cheese, 300 ml pre-sweetened whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 50 g of dark chocolate flakes. Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
3. 50 g of melted dark chocolate, white chocolate granules.
