Easiest Blueberry Yogurt Cake | No Added Sugar, No Oil, No Flour | Gluten Free Recipe

Hello! Today I will make a yummy blueberry yogurt cake with 4 simple ingredients. It tastes like a cheese cake, but much easier to make it. It’s made without sugar, oil, or even flour.

6-inch (15cm) Blueberry Yogurt Cake.


2 cups (400g) sweetened yogurt

4 eggs

4Tbsp (40 g) cornstarch

1/2 cup (70g) blueberries


20 blueberries for toppings

(340F/170C) Bake 50-55minutes


1. Prepare 400g sweetened yogurt, 4 eggs. Mix well, sift in 40g cornstarch. Mix well, add 70g blueberries. Mix gently.

2. Prepare a round cake pan (15cm), pour the batter into the cake pan. Add about 20 blueberries on the top. Move it to the preheated oven, (340F/170C) bake 50-55 minutes.

3. Let it cool down, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before tasting. After 2 hours. Take the cake out. Move it onto a plate and cut it. It smells so good, and I cannot wait to taste it. It looks like a cheese cake, but it’s much easier to make.
