Ingredients

Bread 3

Egg 2

Salt 1/4 tsp

Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Carrot 1tbsp

Mushroom 1tbsp

Sweet pepper 1tbsp

Green onion 1tbsp

Cheddar cheese

Recipe

1. Prepare some vegetables in advance. I used mushrooms, two colored bell peppers, carrots and shallots. Cut the bread out a border like I did. Cut out the bread and set aside.

2. Beat two eggs in a large bowl, add salt, black pepper powder, milk. Add chopped vegetables, stir well.

3. Preheat the non-stick pan, then reduce the heat to medium-low heat and pour in some olive oil, put the bread box in. Put in about 1/3 of the egg wash, sprinkle some cheese. Cover the sliced bread, press lightly with a spatula. Flip over after a minute.
