No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread l No-Fail, No Machine, Super Easy and Delicious

Today, I will share with you the easiest way to make no-knead sandwich bread. You can really make soft and healthy whole-wheat bread without the use of robotic hands. This simple and easy method should not let you be disappointed with the final result. You may find that I like to make no-knead bread, because the family has a large population and eats a lot. If I knead the dough to make brushed bread every day, even if I don’t need to knead it, I will feel very distressed by the machine, and I spend a lot of time making it, and it comes out of the oven. After you take a bite, I will soon be wiped out, so I make less bread that really kneads the glove film. This kind of no-knead bread is very suitable for “lazy” people like me or novices, the probability of success is too high , there will be absolutely no frustration .

Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 40-45 minutes


1. 2 cups water, 2 tsp active dry yeast, 2 tbsp white sugar. Mix well, 2 cups white all-purpose flour, 2cups whole wheat flour, 1tsp salt, mix well.

2. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, 2 tbsp oil(any kind), mix, water 1/4cup, mix until there is no more dry flour. Let the dough rise until double size. I let the dough rise at a temperature of 21 degrees C for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

3. If your loaf tin is not non-stick, you can do this, add some oil or butter, add some dry all-purpose flour. I have a non-stick loaf tin so I will be using this, add the dough into the loaf tin, use a spatula to shape the dough. Let the dough rise until double size.

4. Brush milk, put the bread in the preheated oven and bake at 375 F/190 C for 40-45 minutes. If the bread is golden brown but it hasn’t been cooked for 40-45 minutes, cover the top with aluminum foil. The crust is very crispy. While the bread is still hot, brush a layer of olive oil or butter. Let the bread cool on a bread rack.

1. 1 cup nuts. You can add anything you want, chop the nuts into smaller pieces. Put the nut mix in the flour. You make this bread in the exact same way as the first method shown in this video. In this recipe, I added an extra 1/4 cup of water than the first method.

If you made too much bread, place the bread in a ziplock bag and freeze it in the freezer. When you want to eat it, take it out of the freezer and defrost it or just toast it.
