Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake | No-Gelatin | How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake With Simple Ingredients

I made a simple no-oven cheesecake with lots of chocolate chip cookies. I made a lot of Oreo cheesecake, but when I made it with chocolate chip cookies, I was surprised that it tasted just like Oreo cheesecake. If you buy commercially available cookies and make them, it’s really easy to make, and you can make them with just 6 ingredients. Above all, it is easy to make because it is no gelatin in a no-oven. The taste of the cheesecake can be different depending on the taste of the cookie, so I think it would be good to make it with your favorite cookie. I made simple chocolate ganache and decorated it, and it looks more appetizing.

150g Chocolate chip cookies

45g Melted unsalted butter

300g Cream cheese

55g Sugar

200g Heavy cream

150g Chocolate chip cookies

50g Dark couverture chocolate (57.9%)

50g Heavy cream


1. Put the chocolate chip cookies in a bowl, crush them, add melted butter, mix, put them in a mousse mold, flatten them, and harden in the refrigerator.

2. Loosen the cream cheese, add sugar and mix, then whip 50-60% whipped cream and mix.

3. Cut the chocolate chip cookies by hand, mix them well, put them in a mousse mold, flatten them, and harden them in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

4. Heat dark chocolate (57.9%) and whipped cream together in a microwave for about 30 seconds, mix well, pour over the cake and decorate.
