Eat King Oyster Mushroom Like This | A Simple And New Mushroom Dish 👍

Hello, I’ve prepared a simple dish of King Oyster mushrooms today. Make it easy and delicious with simple ingredients!


4 King Oyster Mushrooms

9 to 10 garlics


1 spoon of cooking oil

2 spoons of butter

1 spoon of soy sauce

1/2 spoon oyster sauce

1/2 spoon oligosaccharide

1 spoon of cooking wine or mirim (can be omitted)


1. First, cut the bottom of the mushroom, then cut it into 3-4 quarters and slice them like a lattice. Sliced slightly deeper so that the seasoning is well permeated, do the same for the back side. Put them in a bowl, after slicing garlic, chop it finely. Put them in a bowl. Chop the chives, put them in a bowl.

2. Pour 1 spoon of cooking oil into a preheated pan, add 2 tablespoons butter and melt. You can use cooking oil without butter, place mushrooms one at a time. Bake over medium heat until golden brown, front and back. When it’s browned back and forth, push the mushrooms to one side of the pan, add chopped garlic and chives.

3. While stir-frying it, when garlic is slightly brown and fragrant, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon oligosaccharide (starch syrup). Add seasoning and mix well.

4. Stir-fry with mushrooms, stir-fry it for less than a minute so that the sauce is soaked well, 1 spoon of cooking wine. Mix well and simmer the seasoning. The butter and garlic smell are really good. It tastes better with butter and minced garlic. It’s chewy, soft, has good texture, and tastes good.
