cooking oil 60g

100 g milk

80g soft flour

25g cocoa powder

6 eggs

140 g sugar

3g vanilla extract (1 tsp) (optional)


1. 6 eggs, 6 egg yolks, 60g vegetable oil, 100g milk. Microwave for 30-60 seconds. (until warm), 80g Baking powder, 25g cocoa powder. Mix.

2. 6 egg yolks, 1g salt. Stir until egg yolks are well mixed, 3g vanilla extract. Mix well, 6 egg whites. Divide by 1/3 of the sugar (140g). Total sugar is 140g. Egg foaming is very important. If it looks like this, Ok.

3. Mix on low speed, add some egg foam and mix, add chocolate mixture and mix. Mix well, foam should be well maintained. Place the finished cake dough.
