Today I’m gonna share a new way to make delicious potatoes with a crispy outside and a tasty cheese inside . Very easy to make.
400g (2pcs) Potatoes
1.25g (1/4tsp) Salt
20g (2tbsp) All-purpose flour
1. 400g (2) peeled potatoesCut into shreds, rinse the shredded potatoes in water to remove excess starch. Take out and dry the water, 1/4 tsp (1.25g) salt. Mix well.
2. 2 tablespoons (20g) all-purpose flour, stir well, trying to coat each shredded potato with flour. Turn on the heat to medium-low, I used a non-stick pan today that size is 20x20x3cm, you can use a round pan if you don’t have this. Add cooking oil into the panDivide the shredded potatoes into two parts and take one half into the pan first.
3. Tidy up and spread evenly, then press flat with a shovel. Frying until the bottom is browned and then turn it over, put mozzarella on top. Then evenly spread the rest of the shredded potato on top. Flatten with a shovel. You can add a little more oil if need. Frying until the bottom is browned and then turn it over. Then cook for about 2 minutes, try to brown as much as possible, it tastes so good!
