1 Egg

25g (2 tbsp) Sugar

145g (0.6 cup) Milk

3g (1 tsp) Yeast

300g (2 cups) Bread flour/wheat flour

3g (1/2 tsp) Salt

30g (2 tbsp) Unsalted butter

1. 1 egg, 25 grams (2 tablespoons) of sugar, 145 grams (0.6 cups) milk, 3 grams (1 teaspoon) yeast. Mix well, 300 grams (2 cups) bread flour/wheat flour, 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon) salt. Mix into dough. Knead the dough with your hands, it does not need to be smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

2. After 20 minutes, the dough can be pulled out of the film. Take out the dough and put it on the mat. Spread the dough out, 30 grams (2 tablespoons) unsalted butter. Wrap the butter in the dough and knead the butter into the dough. Continue to knead the dough smoothly. Knead the dough smoothly and then round it up.
