Oreo Ruby Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe | Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake

I made a delicate pink Oreo chocolate cheesecake with chocolate rubies. Ruby chocolate has a bit of sourness and a unique color, so I think it can feel nice and different when used in desserts. The plate is baked with Oreo cookies, the Oreo flavor spreads on the plate, there is a layer of Oreo cheesecake in the middle so you can enjoy the rich flavor. I decorated the top of the cake with whipped cream with chocolate and color combinations to finish it off, so I thought it turned out to be a unique Oreo cheesecake. It’s fun to make because it’s so different from regular Oreo cheesecake.
