Pink Strawberry Cake | Charming Pink

I made a pink strawberry cake with lots of strawberries. The plate is thin and has a lot of strawberries, so you can feel the rich flavor of the strawberries after every bite. Each piece is heavy so even eating just one will make your mood and stomach feel full.

110g soft flour

1. Place a bowl of eggs in a pot of boiling water, add sugar and vanilla extract.

2. Stir continuously while increasing the temperature until the egg water is slightly within 40 degrees.

3. Remove the bowl of washed eggs from the pot, place the bowl of butter and milk on the pot and heat about 50 to 60 degrees.

4. Whip the egg yolks at high speed to create a smooth and creamy foam.

5. Add a little red pigment and clean pores for 1-2 minutes on low speed.

6. Sift flour and add.

8. Take some flour and put it in a bowl with butter and milk.

9. After mixing well, add in the main flour and mix well.

10. Pour into a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.

19. Add sugar and condensed milk to the cream cheese and beat until there are no lumps.

20. Add cold whipped cream and whip.

21. Add a drop of red and beat vigorously.

22. Spread evenly on the surface of the cake until smooth.
