Chicken Soft Potato Balls Filled With Protein | French Fries Recipe

I make potato chicken balls with chicken breast. Potatoes, carrots and scallions are added so the color is beautiful and the taste is better because of the vegetable taste. It is a very nutritious snack that is good to eat in one bite.

270g potatoes

100g carrots

About 3 grams of salt

Grilled chicken breast 100g

1 egg


Potato Starch 110g

Ketchup 1

Mayonnaise 1

1. Thinly slice the potatoes with a peeler.

2. Thinly slice carrots with a peeler.

3. Sprinkle with salt, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.

4. Finely chop green onions.

5. Cut the grilled chicken breast into small pieces.

6. Drain the potatoes and carrots and put them in another bowl.

7. Add chopped scallions and minced chicken breast.

8. After adding the eggs, sprinkle some pepper.

9. Mix well

10. Add potato starch and mix well.

11. Make it small and round.

12. Heat over medium-low until the oil’s temperature is about 170 degrees.

13. Carefully add things one at a time and fry for about 5 minutes until they are dark brown on the surface.
