250 ml milk

3 grams Agar agar powder

Recipe :
1. 200 ml milk, 40 grams sugar, 3 grams agar-agar powder, 50 grams white chocolate. Medium heat, cook until boiling and thick, pan size 18×7×6 cm, wait until it cools.
2. 500 ml milk, 80 grams sugar, 7 grams agar-agar powder, 150 grams dark chocolate. Medium heat, cook until boiling and thick. Separate 250 ml for the first layer, put the rest over hot water so it doesn’t harden.
