Material :

250 ml milk

40 grams of sugar

3 grams Agar agar powder

50 grams of white chocolate

500 ml milk

80 grams of sugar

7 grams Agar agar powder

150 grams dark chocolate

Baking size 20×9×7cm

Recipe :

1. 200 ml milk, 40 grams sugar, 3 grams agar-agar powder, 50 grams white chocolate. Medium heat, cook until boiling and thick, pan size 18×7×6 cm, wait until it cools.

2. 500 ml milk, 80 grams sugar, 7 grams agar-agar powder, 150 grams dark chocolate. Medium heat, cook until boiling and thick. Separate 250 ml for the first layer, put the rest over hot water so it doesn’t harden.

3. Pan size 20×9×7 cm, put in the fridge for 8-10 minutes, remove the white one from the mold. Pour a little to blend perfectly, put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
