The products for its preparation will require the simplest … the minimum amount of time to cook. And the good news is that we don’t have to bake anything, since this cheesecake is prepared without baking.

Cookies for tea 110 gr
Butter 60 gr

Cream 33% fat 200 gr
Instant gelatin 10 gr + 50 ml cold water
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 400 gr
Powdered sugar 100 gr (5 tablespoons without a slide)
Vanilla sugar 10 gr (1 sachet)
Instant gelatin 10 gr + 50 ml cold water
Water 200 ml
Lemon juice 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Sugar 60 gr (3 tablespoons without a slide)

Recipe
1. For the base 110 g of sugar cookies, butter 60 g. Butter must be melted. The diameter of my form is 16 cm, put it in the refrigerator.
2. For the filling 2 bananas, add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 200 g heavy cream (fat content 15-33%). You will need 400 g of cream cheese. Powdered sugar 100 g (about 5 tablespoons), vanilla sugar 10 g, add a banana-cream mixture.
3. In advance, poured 50 ml of water into 10 g of instant gelatin. Gelatin must be melted. I put it in the refrigerator for two hours. To 10 g of instant gelatin I add 50 ml of cold water, do this 10 minutes before I get the cake.
4. 200 ml cold water, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (25-30 g), sugar 60 g (3 tablespoons). I put it on fire and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat immediately after boiling. Immediately pour prepared gelatin there. Let cool to 50°C/122°F.
5. I take 2 more bananas, cut it into 1 cm pieces, put it in the refrigerator again for 1 hour. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
