300 g water
40 g corn starch
350 g evaporated milk
200 g sugar
50 g cocoa powder
1 tsp agar agar powder
150 g butter
mold cake size 7 inch
Bake the top and bottom heat at 160 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

1. 3 egg yolks, 55 g sugar, 50 g vegetable oil, 100 g milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 80 g cake flour, 20 g cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp baking, soda 1/2 tsp baking powder.
2. Sift the flour, stir to combine, set aside, 3 egg white, whisk until foamy, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 60 g caster sugar, add in grdually in 3-4 portions, beat until firm peaks. Beat on low speed 30 seconds, gently fold in 1/3 portions of whisk.
3. Pour the batter into 7×7 inches mold pan, gently tap few times to remove air bubbles. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes. Set aside to cool.
4. 40 g corn starch, 300 g water, stir until dissolved, 200 g sugar, 50 g cocoa powder, 350 g evaporated milk, 1 tsp agar agar powder. Stir until dissolved, cook with low heat. Stir until boiling add the mix corn starch. Continue
stirring until the mixture begins to thicken, 150 g butter. Stir until well combined, refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
