150g All-purpose or bread flour
1.5g salt
1.5g cinnamon
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
100ml milk
30ml unsalted butter
80g cranberries
5ml olive oil

1. 150g All-purpose or bread flour, 1.5g salt , 1.5g cinnamon . Mix well.
2 ripe bananas (370g with peels), 1 egg, 100ml milk. Blend the ingredients. If you have any questions, leave a comment down below, 3g active dry yeast Mix well, 30ml unsalted butter. Microwave for 20-30 seconds.
3. Add to the batter, mix well. Mix the wet and dry ingredients well, the batter should look smooth like this. Cover and rise until double size, 80g cranberries, cut the cranberries into smaller pieces. Mix the batter, mix well.
4. Add 5ml olive oil to a frying pan, brush the oil, pour the batter into the pan, even out the top . Cover and rest for 10 minutes, low heat, fry for 15-20 minutes. Flip using a plate or board like this, fry for another 5-10 minutes. Use a toothpick to test if it’s cooked or not. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is cooked. Done!
