30pcs (2packs) Oreo cookies
1.3cups (300g) Whipping cream
2tbsp (25g) Whipping cream
5 pcs Oreo cookies
1. 30 (2 pack) Oreo cookies, separate cookies and cream into two containers. Crack the cookies, it takes longer to crush them with a rolling pin, I recommend that you can use a blender to break them in a few seconds.
2. Take 5 tablespoons (60 grams) of crushed Oreo cookies, 2 tablespoons (25 grams) whipping cream. Mix well and crumble the cookies crumbes together. Cake mold size 15cm/6”, put in baking paper. Put the cookie dough into the mold and flatten it with a spatula, 1.3 cups (300 grams) whipping cream, put in the cream from Oreo cookies.
3. Whipping cream with an electric whisk, put the cream in a piping bag, squeeze a layer of cream. Use a spatula to smooth it out, sprinkle a layer of crushed cookies on top of the cream. Squeeze another layer of cream. Use a spatula to smooth it out.
4. Sprinkle one layer of crushed cookies on top of the cream, squeeze another layer of cream. Use a spatula to smooth it out. Finally, sprinkle a layer of crushed cookies on top of the cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, it is recommended to refrigerate overnight for better taste.
