• 120 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup)
• 150 ml orange juice (2/3 cup)
• Orange peel
• 15 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
• 220 g of flour 00 (2 cups)
• Jam to taste
• grated coconut to taste
RECIPE 🔻
1. 3 medium eggs, 150 g of sugar (3/4 cup), a pinch of salt, 120ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup), 150ml orange juice (2/3 cup), orange zest.
2. 220 g of flour (2 cups), 15 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
3. 22 cm mold, oven preheated static 30-35 minutes at 180 C °.
4. Apricot jam, grated coconut, very soft and delicious, great for breakfast.
