How To Make Soft And Fluffy Donuts At Home | Ready In 10 Minutes

I prepared a tasty donut recipe that you can prepare at home In 10 MINUTES! This glazed donut recipe is super easy and quick! You don’t need eggs and yeast and you don’t even need to touch the dough. After making it once you will make it many times!

❖ Ingredients

130g plain yogurt

65ml milk

160g all-purpose flour

1 tbsp baking powder

20g sugar

180g powdered sugar

50g unsalted butter(melted)

2-3 tbsp warm milk

3/4 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder

❖ Recipe

1. 130g Plain yogurt, 65ml Milk. Mix well. Today, I will make donuts without yeast by adding yogurt, 160g All-purpose flour, divide the flour in half and sift it. Gently mix once, add the rest of the flour, 1 tbsp Baking powder, 20g Sugar. Mix well. It’s easy because you don’t need to touch the dough.

3. Cooking oil. Cut the dough into small pieces over medium-low heat. In the blink of an eye, it inflated like a balloon! Fry until golden brown. Take it out and rest for a while on a kitchen paper towel. Fry the rest of the dough in the same way. It’s like a mini ball.

4. 180g Powdered sugar, 50g Unsalted butter(melted), 2-3 tbsp Warm milk , 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract. Stir well to dissolve the powdered sugar. Pour half of the mixture into another bowl, 2 tbsp Cocoa powder. If it is dry, add 1 tbsp warm milk.
