The combination of garlic and butter is usually made in bread. Today I made it with mushrooms. It is really delicious because the mushrooms are soaked in the flavor of garlic and butter. It’s also great for snacks or dinner.
4 King oyster mushroom
35g Room temperature unsalted butter
13g (0.7Tbsp) Minced garlic
3g (1tsp) Sugar
1g, 3Pinches Salt
9g (3Tbsp) Bread crumbs
1. 4 King oyster mushrooms, cut the mushrooms in half. Cut a scabbard at an angle.
2. 35g Room temperature unsalted butter, 14g (0.7Tbsp) Minced garlic, 3g (1tsp) Sugar, 1g, 3 Pinches salt, 9g (3Tbsp) Breadcrumbs. Mix all ingredients.
3. Then divided into 8 equal parts, spread evenly over the mushrooms. Parmesan Cheese, topping with Parmesan cheese enhances the flavor.
4. After moving to an oven preheated to 220°C (428°F). Bake at 220℃ (428℉) for 10 to 12 minutes (may vary depending on oven specifications). Golden scenery. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese if you like. Parsley.
