Tiramisu Rice cake | Recipe Easy | How To Make Cute Desserts

I made soft and chewy tiramisu glutinous rice cake. Add mascarpone cheese cream to the dough with a subtle coffee flavor and it melts softly in your mouth. I put about 1g of coffee in hot water, but the flavor is a bit weak, so if you want to add more coffee flavor, I think it would be better to add about 2g. Last time I made it by heating it directly in a pot, but this time I made it in a microwave and it was much simpler and easier to process. Heat it in the microwave and beat it with a spatula enough to make a more chewy and delicious glutinous rice cake. It’s small and round and pretty, so I think it’s a visual that makes you want to touch it with your hands. The cocoa powder sprinkled lightly gives the tiramisu taste. I think it tastes better when you freeze it and eat it like ice cream.
