The Best Fudgy Brownie Recipe | Chewy Brownie

Brownies are best eaten with milk. I ate a delicious brownie. I melted it my mouth. It is really the best. It’s really moist and delicious. Please try.


150 g dark chocolate

90g butter

1 tsp instant coffee

2 eggs

120g brown sugar

2g vanilla extract

30g all-purpose flour

20g cocoa powder

40g dark chocolate chips


1. 150g Dark chocolate, 90g Butter,1 tsp Coffee, 2 eggs,120g Brown sugar,2g Vanilla extract,30g All Purpose Flour, 20g Cocoa powder, 40g Cark chocolate chips.

2. Use a Pan. (Size : 18cm square pan), the size can be changed according to the taste. Cut the corners to fit the size of the pan. Apply a little butter, dark chocolate. cut diagonally. (Angle 45 diagonal) cut diagonally. ( opposite direction ).

3. 150g Dark chocolate, 90g Butter, 1 tsp Instant coffee ,instant coffee is optional. Melt it.

4. 2 Eggs, 120g brown sugar. Mix until sugar powder is not visible, place it over hot water. When the sugar dissolves well, the taste is excellent. If the temperature exceeds 60°C (140℉) , the eggs may ripe. Please check from time to time. Mix it until it is about 40~45°C (104°F~113°F). Almost all the sugar has melted. 5. 30g All Purpose Flour, 20g cocoa powder, mix from bottom to top. Mix until you don’t see the flour, 2g Vanilla extract, 40g dark chocolate chips. Mix well.
