Sweet Potato Cheese Bun Recipe | Without Oven | Fermentation For only 20 minutes

I made sweet potato bun with a frying pan without an oven. You can feel the moisture of the sweet potato by making the bread thin. The taste becomes even more savory when combined with mozzarella cheese. Check out the video on how to shorten the fermentation to just 20 minutes. Since the moisture content is different depending on the type of sweet potato, the amount of milk may vary. If the frying pan is thin or the stove is high on heat, bake for 3 to 4 minutes, turn off the heat, cool the pan a little, and turn on the heat again 2-3 times to cook well without burning. 100ml Milk

20g (2tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter

10g (1tbsp) Sugar

1. 100ml Warm milk + 3g (1tbsp) Instant dry yeast + 10g (1tbsp) Sugar. Melt the yeast and sugar first. 150g (1 cup) Bread flour +2g (0.5tsp) Salt, after coating the flour with salt . Mix all together.
