The combination of garlic and butter is usually made in bread. Today I made it with mushrooms. It is really delicious because the mushrooms are soaked in the flavor of garlic and butter. It’s also great for snacks or dinner.

35g Room temperature unsalted butter
13g (0.7Tbsp) Minced garlic
3g (1tsp) Sugar
1g, 3Pinches Salt
9g (3Tbsp) Bread crumbs

1. 4 King oyster mushrooms, cut the mushrooms in half. Cut a scabbard at an angle.
2. 35g Room temperature unsalted butter, 14g (0.7Tbsp) Minced garlic, 3g (1tsp) Sugar, 1g, 3 Pinches salt, 9g (3Tbsp) Breadcrumbs. Mix all ingredients.
3. Then divided into 8 equal parts, spread evenly over the mushrooms. Parmesan Cheese, topping with Parmesan cheese enhances the flavor.
4. After moving to an oven preheated to 220°C (428°F). Bake at 220℃ (428℉) for 10 to 12 minutes (may vary depending on oven specifications). Golden scenery. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese if you like. Parsley.
