Spicy Peanut Butter Noodles | Super Easy 3 Minute Recipe

210g Udon noodles

7g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce

5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce

16g (1Tbsp) Peanut butter (sugar-free or low-sugar)

3g (1tsp) Sugar

2g (0.5Tbsp) Roasted sesame seeds

4g (1tsp) Minced garlic

3g (0.5Tbsp) Chili powder

14g (2Tbsp) Noodle water

18g (3Tbsp) Vegetable oil (avocado (recommended), grapeseed oil, etc)

2 Tbsp Chopped green onion

1. 210g Udon, boil for 2 minutes while loosening the tangled noodles ,drain the water and wait for a while.

2. 7g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce, 5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce, 16g (1Tbsp) Peanut butter (sugar-free or low-sugar), 4g (1tsp) Minced garlic, 3g (1tsp) Sugar, 2g (0.5Tbsp) Roasted sesame seeds, 3g (0.5Tbsp) Chili powder, green Onion. Cut the green onion into about 2Tbsp and set aside.

3. 18g (3Tbsp) Vegetable oil (avocado oil, grapeseed oil, etc.) When the oil is hot, add the green onion and fry for about 30 seconds. When the oil is hot, pour over the seasoning. Mix the seasoning well. Leave a little water to boil the noodles and add about 2Tbsp, add the noodles.
