Spicy Chicken Cheese Quesa Tacos | Everyone’s Favorite Recipe

Spicy stewed chicken breast. This is a recipe for grilling a tortilla with soft chicken and cheese. The chicken is very tender and the sauce has a very deep flavor. You can also make it with beef (low-fat cut) instead of chicken breast.


[2~3 servings/ 7 pieces]

✤ Chicken Filling

336g, 2 Chicken breasts

169g, White part of green onion

120g, Half an onion

45g, 8 Whole garlic

175g, 1 Tomato (you can use tomato paste)

24g, 4 Dried chili peppers

2g(1Tbsp) Oregano

10g (1Tbsp) Curry powder (or cumin powder)

12g (1Tbsp) Chicken stock

16g (1Tbsp) Tomato pasta sauce

A little salt (if needed)

500ml Water

✤ Ingredients and Toppings

7 tortillas 6 inches (15 cm)

Mozzarella cheese

Chopped onion (topping)

Coriander (topping/optional)


1. 169g Green onion, 120g Onion, 175g Tomato, 45g, 8 Whole garlic, 336g, 2 Chicken breasts, 24g, 4 Dried red peppers. To make it less spicy, add half a chilli. 2g (1Tbsp) Oregano, 10g (1Tbsp) Curry powder (or cumin), 12g (1Tbsp) Chicken stock, 500ml Water. Boil on high heat, when it starts to boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.

2. 30 minutes later Chicken was soft boiled. Remove all the ingredients except the chicken. Grind finely, tear the chicken into small pieces, add the grinded paste. Add a little salt to taste, 16g (1Tbsp) Tomato pasta sauce. Cook briefly for about 30 seconds and finish.

3. Cooking oil, coat the pan with oil. 6 inches (15cm) Flor tortillas (or corn tortillas). Served with spicy chicken, Chopped onion, Mozzarella cheese.

4. Now fold it in half. If you turn it over right away, the top will not rise , if the cheese is melted, a signal to take it out. Take the remaining sauce and use it as a dipping sauce.
