Smores Cookies | So Relaxing and Easy To Make | Smores Cookies Recipe

I made a cute cookie with chewy marshmallows. Adding couverture chocolate chips to the dough gives the chocolate a deeper flavor, and I think you can enjoy the taste of S’mores well when eaten with sweet marshmallows. I baked cookies, took them out of the oven, and while they were hot, I put various cute chocolates on them as decorations, but the cookies were so hot that the chocolate melted right away. It is best to eat after garnishing and cooling completely. They contain marshmallows, so keep them at room temperature to maintain their chewiness.

▶ About 9 servings.

130g Unsalted butter

100g Brown sugar

2g Salt

1 Egg

3g Vanilla extract

220g Cake flour

4g Baking powder

2g Baking soda

60g Chocolate chip

Marshmallow (Frozen)

1. Soften the unsalted butter that has softened at room temperature, add brown sugar and salt and mix, then add a non-cold egg and vanilla extract and mix.

2. Sift the soft flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix lightly. Add chocolate chips and mix until the powder is no longer visible. Cover with plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3. Take about 60g of the dough, shape it into a circle, put the frozen marshmallow in the center, wrap it around and shape it, put it on the oven pan, harden it in the freezer for 10 minutes, and bake it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 13 minutes.

4. While the cookies are hot, decorate with Maltesers, Kit Kat balls, and chocolate.
