1. 230 grams of Marie’s cookies, destroy it, sieve + 2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder. Stir well. 40 grams of sweetened condensed milk + 63 ml milk (5 tablespoons) add gradually. Knead until it becomes a moldable dough.

2. Add 1 more tablespoon of milk as needed. Knead until pliable and soft.

3. Prepare non-stick food paper (grease with butter). Roll out the dough into a thin rectangular shape.

4. Make a layer of milk.100 grams of powdered milk + 40 grams of sweetened condensed milk + 1/2 tablespoon butter + 63 ml hot water (5 tablespoons). Stir well. Cook over low heat until it becomes a pliable dough. Remove and cool.

5. Once cool, spread over the chocolate cake layer. Roll it to make it stickier and more even. Roll while compacted. Transfer to aluminum foil or plastic. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, the longer it is stored, the neater it will be when cut.
