50 grams of rice flour

30 grams tapioca starch

260 ml thick coconut milk or milk

1/2 -1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

🍞Recipe

1. 300 grams pumpkin, steamed until soft .

2. 150-200 grams sugar (according to taste) + Steamed pumpkin + 100 grams tapioca starch (you can use cornstarch instead of tapioca starch) + 50 grams of rice flour + 250 ml coconut milk or milk + 1/2 teaspoon salt+ 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well.

3. Pan size 16x16x7 cm, grease with vegetable oil. Steam for 20-30 minutes (make sure the water in the steamer is boiling), steam medium to low heat.

4. Make a salted 2nd layer. 50 grams of rice flour. 30 grams tapioca starch (You can use cornstarch instead of tapioca starch) + 1/2 teaspoon salt + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla + 260 ml thick coconut milk or milk.

5. Pour gradually, cooked.

6. Pour 2nd layer. Steam for 20-30 minutes. Chill 2-3 hours. Done.
