[No Oven!] Super Easy Crispy Pizza Made with Potato! | Thin and Crispy Dough


110g all-purpose flour

1g salt

cooking oil 10g

60g hot water

ketchup or tomato sauce

hot sauce or chilli sauce

1 potato

a little salt

mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp honey

half tsp minced garlic

a little salt

1 tbsp lemon juice



1. 110g all-purpose flour, 1g salt, 10g cooking oil, 60g hot water. Mix so that no powder is visible. Knead by hand (2 minutes), after wrapping it in cling film, ripen at room temperature for 1 hour.

2. 1 potato, a little salt. It would be delicious to just eat it like this. 2 tbsp mayonnaise, half a tsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp honey, a little salt, 1 tsp lemon juice. Garlic Mayo Sauce Complete!

3. It’s already been an hour, halves make it round. Sprinkle flour on the dough, going to make it round and thin. I increased it to about 27cm in diameter. The shape can be trimmed.

4. High heat, when the pan is hot. Put the dough on the pan. If there are bubbles all over the place, turn it over. Reduce the heat to low, when the bottom is brown, flip it over again. Turn off the gas, press the swollen part to make it flat.

5. Ketchup or tomato sauce, hot sauce or chilli sauce. Please spread it well, mozzarella cheese, mashed potatoes, cheese again! Fold in half.

6. Melt the cheese over low heat. Mozzarella Cheese, sprinkle thinly on half, merge into one. Perfect.
